HR Administrator Opportunity

Vickerstock is partnering with a multi-site organisation in Londonderry/Derry to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their established HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the experienced HR team, expand your HR skillset, and provide HR Generalist support to all 300 employees while availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package.

What You Will Do

As HR Administrator, you will report to the Senior HR Officer and work alongside the HR Business Partner to provide HR support to the organisation's 300 employees.

  • Provide full HR administrative support across all elements of the 'employee life cycle' including employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, benefits, and learning & development.
  • Update HR metrics regularly, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead the full end-to-end recruitment process activities for the Derry office.
  • Lead or partake in HR Projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in administration and recruitment.
  • Skilled in utilising Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Desirable to have CIPD Level 3 Qualification or aspiration to undertake this.
