About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their HR needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out right to work checks for new employees
  • Record staff absences and manage holiday requests
  • Remove leavers from the HR system
  • Manage general HR administration tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
