About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including conducting right to work checks, recording staff absences, and managing holiday requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct right to work checks for new employees
  • Record staff absences and manage holiday requests
  • Remove leavers from the HR system
  • Manage general HR administration tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft suite. You will also need to be confident in communicating with people via verbal and written forms and be capable of working on your own initiative.
