You must have the heard that hospitality people are the best people? So, if you're working in hospitality, you know you'll be having fun

You will be joining ETM Group at an exciting time as we transition systems as well as expand. You will be working closely with the HR Manager to ensure staff files compliance as well as prepare and send other HR related paperwork both internally and externally. Ad-hoc small projects will also form part of your role.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and collaborative in nature, as well as having excellent organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will learn quickly, work with great attention to detail, and be a finisher/completer by nature. They will have a good understanding of how to work confidentially and with integrity.

Experience wise, we'd love someone with an HR administration background, or someone with a proven track record in a busy admin role. Hospitality experience would also be welcomed but not necessary.

Key duties:

  • Maintaining staff files
  • HR audits
  • Preparing and sending onboarding paperwork
  • Ad-hoc HR admin

The role is fully office based in our Head Office located near Liverpool Street Station.
