Loan Administration Specialist

Position Overview:
The Loan Administration team at HR GO is dedicated to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our banking services. We are currently looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Loan Settlements to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process entries and accruals within the FOVA system.
  • Maintain and update the Loans Register schedule spreadsheet.
  • Adjust interest rates and new maturity dates in FOVA during rollovers.
  • Ensure timely receipt of interest and principal payments from agents or borrowers.
  • Verify that all fees due are collected or paid appropriately.
  • Organize and file loan documentation systematically.
  • Assist in the analysis for necessary upgrades to loan systems.
  • Review ticket and e-permit details for accuracy.
  • Establish new client accounts and facilities as needed.
  • Input deals into the system accurately.
  • Register cash flow for Nostro accounts related to loan settlements.
  • Facilitate drawdown payments as required.
  • Monitor Nostro positions diligently.
  • Execute payments in SCMS and FOVA, utilizing knowledge of SWIFT formats.
  • Create new client profiles and open relevant accounts in the system.
  • Process journal entries and accruals in FOVA.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager and Team Leader.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with AML policies by keeping all necessary documentation for audit trails and reporting any suspicious activities to the MLRO.
  • Provide coverage for treasury settlements, clearing & payments, trade services, correspondence, and reconciliations as needed.

Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory. A strong background in loan settlements and a commitment to service excellence are essential for this role.
