T9-Specialist is seeking Sales Executives to join our growing team in Manchester. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are new to sales but eager to develop their skills and build a rewarding career. You will be responsible for representing non-profit organisations at our promotional events, building customer relationships, and driving donations.

With full training provided, this is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to start a sales career with plenty of room for growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent non-profit organisations at promotional events, engaging with the public to raise awareness and secure donations
  • Drive sales through direct customer interaction, building relationships and providing exceptional service
  • Assist in planning and setting up events, ensuring that everything is organised for a successful promotion
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets, striving to exceed expectations
  • Keep track of customer feedback and provide regular reports on sales performance
  • Attend ongoing training and workshops to continually develop your sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Support other team members, sharing strategies and contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or Tier 4/PSW visas)
  • Applicants who have applied in the last 30 days will not be considered
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary, but a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Confident, driven, and motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
