Description

• Letters to client.
• Assisting booking in, welcome and completion letters/ manuals
• Packing service kit items
• Control of the Stockport ARC reports
• Keyholders and some alarm admin tasks. (URNS and police forms)
• Tesco order
• Bin collection
• Printing BS books (All disciplines)
• Adding Job cost labour
• Posting access fobs and intruder forms.
• Covering for Ann during the holidays
• Accepting deliveries
• Assisting with phone calls
• Getting returns ready.

Requirements

• Reliable
• Punctual
• Good time management
• Good communication skills
