We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice to assist with a variety of office administration tasks that are essential for our fire and security solutions. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client communications
  • Supporting administrative functions including scheduling, welcome documentation, and operational manuals
  • Preparing service kit components
  • Overseeing Stockport ARC documentation
  • Administering keyholder and alarm management duties
  • Coordinating orders and waste collection
  • Printing business service records and tracking job-related expenses
  • Distributing access devices and security forms
  • Offering assistance during peak seasons
  • Receiving shipments and managing phone inquiries
  • Facilitating returns
