Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Housing Management Trainee. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in housing management, while working towards a Level 3 qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the work of the Housing Management Team in providing a customer-focused housing management service
  • Undertake 'on-the-job training' to understand the business and carry out key tasks, including tenancy and estate management
  • Minimize letting times and rent loss, and complete routine tenancy contact with customers
  • Carry out regular estate inspections and block inspections, and follow up on actions
  • Administer and invoice, and use IT systems to record and present information

About the Role

This is a temporary 18-month apprenticeship, where you will be supported to complete a Housing Management Level 3 qualification. You will have a key role in supporting the work of the Housing Management Team, working in a busy front-line team to provide a customer-focused housing management service.
