**Job Title**:Case Administrator Apprentice

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, to be worked between 9am and 5pm

**Location**:Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday ‘office based’, Monday and Friday ‘home-based’

**Salary**: £6 per hour + benefits

The role of Case Administrator Apprentice) within the business is responsible for the provision of administrative and technical case support to Case Managers in business.

Reporting into the Case Management Assistant Lead, the Case Administrator Apprentice will build strong working relationships with the team. The role will be responsible for assisting to ensure that our clients are able to recover swiftly from injury and return to work within the best possible timeframe. The role will encompass a great deal of teamwork, but also requires the need to work independently to ensure that Innovate Healthcare continue with our record of delivering the highest quality customer service.

To perform well within this role, you will have good administrative abilities, and be confident to talk to clients who will be going through medical treatment.
- Pre-populating templates with detailed and sensitive information
- Booking in assessments
- Requesting relevant medical notes post-assessment
- Transferring of information into case notes on a case management system
- Chasing various parties for authorisation
- Distributing reports to stakeholders
- Invoice generation from a management system
- Updating Management Information fields on a management system
- Distributing consent forms and organising reminders for their return
- Booking venues, accommodation, and processing travel requests
- Liaising with colleagues in other departments for updates on treatment and reports
- Contacting GPs for consent to make diagnostic referrals
- Setting for tasks for clinicians to review received information and to make follow-up calls
- Responding to tasks set by the clinical consultant.
- To work on and towards the Innovate Mission and Vision and commit to promoting the organisation’s culture and values.
