Senior Childrens Residential Care Worker

Salary: £34,824.00 per annum. (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care homeLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare A full driving licence issued in the UKApplicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictionsIn depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcareDue to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or aboveEsland are driven to changing children’s lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services.We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children the best quality care and allow them to achieve amazing outcomes
