As a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare and support to young people in our residential services
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent and supportive approach
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or close to completion)
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic and person-centred approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
