Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Esland Care, responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to children.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of children are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practice in residential childcare.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Full driving license issued in the UK.
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practice in residential childcare.
- Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above.
