Residential Childcare Supervisor

Esland Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager for our Children's Residential Home. We are committed to providing exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for children in need.
In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations of our home, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care.
Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and supervision to a team of residential care workers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, promoting their emotional, social, and educational growth.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to best practices in childcare administration.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the children's care.
- Proven experience in supervising children's residential care settings.
- Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and best practices in childcare.
- Commitment to Esland Care's values and mission.
- Age 21 or above.
