We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team at Esland Care, providing exceptional childcare and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a therapeutic, person-centred environment, providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed support to children in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding levels of childcare and support to our young people
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver PACE principle residential care
  • Support young people in accessing education and participating in outdoor/adventure activities
  • Contribute to a nurturing and peaceful environment, promoting stability and security
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or at least 50% complete)
  • Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
