Senior Children's Residential Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to Ofsted regulations and best practice.
  • Support the development of our children's life skills, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to childcare, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach.
  • Aged 21 or above due to industry regulations.
