This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with children who require immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being and development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or at least 50% complete)
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
