Senior Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home. You will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our children, as well as contributing to the overall well-being of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our children, including personal care, education, and leisure activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
