Programme Overview:

TheRestart programme offers enhanced support to Universal Credit claimants whohave been out of work for at least 6 months to find jobs in their local area.Starting at the end of June , it will benefit more than 1 million UniversalCredit claimants who are expected to look for and be available for work buthave no sustained learnings. The scheme will provide up to 12 months oftailored support for each customer. Palladium will work with employers, localgovernment, and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals.

The Office Coordinator (Maternity Cover) will report to theBusiness Manager.

This is a 12 month, 16 - 20 hour a week Fixed Term Contract(Maternity Cover).

PrimaryDuties and responsibilities:


The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing generaloffice administrative duties, answering first line customer queries andproviding an excellent customer focused service, in a result drivenenvironment.

Responds to first line enquiries from customers or colleagues, managing the arrival of customers on site and sign posting effectively to the relevant activity and colleagues; Administration of Petty Cash and assist with associated payments, including invoices and credit card acquittals; Maintain the office job vacancies board/book and work closely with the branch team, Locates and extracts specified information from files, document and records as requested to support analytical or reporting requirements and to support quality and compliance within branch; Procurement of goods and services for Palladium offices and events in line with Policies and best practise. Support with the communication between key stakeholders and vendors. Any other ad hoc duties in line with delivery program requirements Required Qualifications:

RequiredQualifications:

Experience of general office administrative duties; Experience of answering first line customer queries and providing customer focused service delivery in a result driven environment;  The ability to build rapport and work effectively in a ever changing environment;  Experience of appropriate IT systems including Microsoft office packages and databases. Experience of supporting with petty cash
