About Our Client:

About The Role:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring seamless operations.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, managing service inquiries, and performing administrative duties to support the service team.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, and an early finish on Fridays at 2pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer service inquiries and deliver initial diagnostics and problem-solving assistance.
2. Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and issues are resolved swiftly.
3. Coordinate repairs within the service department, assigning field engineers as necessary.
4. Track and manage service calls and repairs, ensuring timely resolutions.
5. Oversee UK installations and maintain precise records.
6. Prepare service quotations, customer invoices, and spare part sales quotes.
7. Review and report on performance metrics, providing insights to enhance service delivery.
8. Assist with general office administration tasks, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
Experience/Skills Required:
1. Excellent phone etiquette and confident communication abilities.
2. Assertive and proactive in providing guidance and support.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; additional training will be provided for the company's software systems.
5. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
6. A university degree is advantageous but not essential.
