About the Role

Aldrich & Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administration Assistant to join their support team. As a key member of the Investment Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Investment Management team and their clients with administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence and meeting reports.
  2. Liaise with dealers and brokers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Process investor applications and coordinate investor processes, including KYC.
  4. Respond to client queries and attend meetings with clients.
  5. Manage multiple appointments within a shared diary and keep files up to date.
  6. Stay up to date on compliance and regulation requirements.
  7. Arrange events, lunches, and meetings as needed.
  8. Attend client and compliance briefings.
Requirements
  1. Experience in financial services or a related field.
  2. Excellent client-facing skills and confident communication skills.
  3. Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software.
  4. Hard-working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
