Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal services.
- Maintaining and updating financial documentation and generating financial statements.
- Supporting the execution of company risk evaluations and record-keeping.
Required Skills:
- Comprehensive administrative capabilities, particularly in bookkeeping and financial operations.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially with Google Workspace.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
