Join the Close Brothers Vehicle Hire (CBVH) team where you will ensure the smooth administration and processing of information relating to all areas of vehicle legal compliance across our fleet of HGV and LCV vehicles.

The role also includes administration support to the workshop with planning of vehicles within the rental fleet.

Working as part of the wider fleet management team our ideal team member will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and will have previous experience in an administration role, ideally within the transport sector. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all vehicle compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
  • Forward planning all scheduled events within set timescales, such as PMI safety inspection, MOT, Tail lift inspections, Tacho and fridge services.
  • Process all legal documentation ensuring they are made available to our business and customers alike in required timeframes.
  • Manage suppliers to gain best possible bookings and insightful updates for repair and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information so that customer portals has the correct levels of visibility.
  • Support the workshop administration to book, update and correctly input information’s into CBVH systems for repair and maintenance activities to support our rental fleet.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • You're an experienced administrator, preferably from within the transport / automotive industries
  • You've got a keen eye for detail and you're good with numbers
  • You posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You're a proven problem solver
  • You can work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

  • Have prior experience working in compliance, specifically compliance around vehicles (LCV, HGV, municipals)
