Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with BRC and AIB standards.
  • Support the Site Quality Manager in maintaining equipment calibration and servicing schedules.
  • Investigate internal and external non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Production to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Promote a culture of right-first-time quality through the roadmap program.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience conducting audits and evaluating results.
  • Medium level of proficiency in SAP, Shop floor Systems, Microsoft Office Excel, and Minitab.
