Quality Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular plant hygiene and pest audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Support the Site Quality Manager in ensuring equipment is calibrated and serviced according to schedule.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to drive process efficiency and reduce variation.
- Develop and implement process controls to ensure quality at machine and department levels.
- Act as a deputy to the Site Quality Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector, with 6 sigma training a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP, shop floor systems, Microsoft Office Excel, and Minitab.
