We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Close Brothers Vehicle Hire. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and processing of information related to vehicle legal compliance across our fleet of HGV and LCV vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting activities.
  • Plan and coordinate scheduled events, such as PMI safety inspections, MOTs, and tail lift inspections.
  • Process and manage legal documentation, ensuring timely availability to our business and customers.
  • Manage supplier relationships to secure best possible bookings and updates for repair and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems.
  • Support workshop administration with repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in the transport sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
