As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and processing of information related to vehicle legal compliance across our fleet of HGV and LCV vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting activities.
  • Plan and coordinate scheduled events, such as PMI safety inspections, MOTs, and tail lift inspections.
  • Process and manage legal documentation, ensuring timely availability to our business and customers.
  • Manage supplier relationships to secure best possible bookings and updates for repair and maintenance activities.
