Service Coordinator

Job Title: Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe dispatch of all vehicles on a daily basis to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage drivers on a daily basis, resolving any issues they may have.
- Work with customer service to handle salesforce enquiries.
- Plan driver schedules and generate paperwork for drivers.
- Control drivers' holidays and arrange route cover.
- Manage stock levels on site and order replacement stock using Proactis.
- Unloading of stock deliveries and organizing vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle damage and cover Service Administrators.
- Arrange permit to works for onsite contractors and monitor and control absence.
- Complete accident and incident forms and submit within set time limits.
- Ensure regular driver assessments and work observations are completed.
Requirements:
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communicator both written and verbal.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks in line with timescales.
- Reasonable knowledge of information technology, especially Microsoft Excel and email.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic.
- A team player and motivator, able to work effectively under pressure and who is looking for a challenge.
