Job summary:
As a Service Administrator at our Audi dealership in Grimsby, you will provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Service team. You will provide key back-office support to the Service team. Helping to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they make contact with the dealership to the point they collect their vehicle after the completion of work required.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out the daily approval of all service bookings. Arranging technical calls for diagnostic bookings and starting the process of Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents. Reviewing parts availability for all bookings within the parts department. Ensuring the 100% accuracy of all administration activities and complete and accurate data collection. Accurately record customer and vehicle information ensuring the data is up to date in order that customers can be prospected to secure repeat and incremental business. Communicating effectively and professionally by telephone or email where required. Ensuring relevant information is passed between the Service and Sales departments to optimise customer experience and maximise business opportunities.Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in a busy administration role, ideally within a Service environment. A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to your work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that you have good numeracy and literacy skills. £25,000 OTE dependent upon experience.
