Customer Service Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Customer Service Administrator **to join a leading service provider. You will be joining a small and friendly team who act as the first line of defence for answering customer queries over the phone, checking parts availability and delivery times and maintaining open lines of communication across the business to ensure the highest standard of service delivery is received by customers. A background in the service sector or industrial stores would be beneficial.
**Detailed tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Being the first point of contact by telephone for external and internal customers
- Raise and send estimates to customers for machinery and parts orders
- Produce and process orders
- Provide correct part details to the Parts Manager to be sourced by the supplier
- Organise sub contractors

**Working Hours**
**Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm (Lunch 30 mins)**
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Technical support: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
