What will you be doing?

As a Commercial Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data operations, ensuring that the information provided to those that need it is both accurate and timely. You will investigate and correct discrepancies, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help us improve our financial and operational performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Data Accuracy: You'll ensure all data issued is accurate and timely. When discrepancies arise, you'll identify the root cause and implement solutions.
  • Building Relationships: You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly when resolving invoice disputes.
  • Data Management: Overseeing data corrections and managing changes with our IT team will be part of your routine.
  • Timely Reporting: You'll ensure reports are issued daily, weekly, and monthly, always adhering to strict contractual deadlines and data security protocols.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: You’ll provide ad-hoc reports to both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Performance Analysis: By analysing contract performance, you'll work with managers at all levels and across multiple disciplines to identify areas for financial and operational improvement.
  • Collaborating with IT: You'll work closely with our IT team to identify potential system issues and opportunities, and help design and implement new report specifications.
