As Commercial Manager, the successful applicant will oversee administrative functions, optimise sales potential, and facilitate coordination of the administration team. Their primary responsibilities include credit control, payroll management, legal compliance, IR35 adherence, insurance renewals, commercial operations, efficiency maximisation, and performance management. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining operational efficiency in the absence of the Client Services Director.
