Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:

  • Overseeing a team of four skilled Talent/Recruitment Partners.
  • Generating new business opportunities to drive growth for yourself and the team.
  • Managing client accounts and sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and personal networks.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Providing reports on team performance to headquarters.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales, adept at building and nurturing relationships, and possesses high energy levels.


The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment agencies and demonstrated experience in managing small teams.
