Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a period of 3-6 months, based in our Weybridge office.

This is a fixed term role that involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, working across multiple vacancies for our corporate team in the UK and Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent and HR, with previous recruitment experience essential and HR exposure advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactively sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn and screening them to ensure suitability for the position.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders and promote our company brand via social media platforms.
  • Ensure a brilliant candidate experience for all applicants and candidates, including issuing employment contracts and offer letters.

Essential Requirements

  • Vast experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment and sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple concurrent positions, with experience of using an ATS and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Sound project management skills and proficiency in using Job Boards, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Additional Requirements

  • Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oil & Gas Industry knowledge is an advantage, as is a professional level of German language proficiency.
