About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a recruitment or commercial industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
