We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the commercial relationship and sales growth of key customer accounts. This role will oversee the performance management of a small team of Account Executives, driving regional customer-driven KPIs and executing on specified targets in accordance with country plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the commercial strategy for key customer accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and develop their skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Commercial role, with a track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of Account Executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent language ability (both written and verbal) for assigned region(s). Applicants with language capability where not a native speaker must be able to converse to an excellent level across all mediums.
  • Experience in using Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
