Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial markets and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
