About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a commercial recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of the commercial recruitment market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and target-oriented with a strong focus on sales performance
