We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a commercial recruitment environment
- Strong understanding of the commercial recruitment market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
