We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our client, a leading real estate consultancy, in Weybridge. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a commercial business park, managing multiple service charge budgets, overseeing site health & safety, and procuring new FM service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce multiple service charge budgets
  • Oversee site health & safety and utilize on-site H&S systems
  • Procure new FM service partners and monitor contractor performance
  • Create an engaging community feel across the estate and launch pop-up events
  • Directly manage the Facilities Administrator

Requirements:

You will ideally have experience managing large commercial assets or mixed-use developments, with a proven track record of managing service charge budgets. Holding an IOSH or NEBOSH certification and membership to an industry-accredited body is advantageous.
