Senior Commercial Contract Manager

We are seeking a driven Contract Manager to join our team at Ground Control, a large and well-established company in the industry. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial grounds maintenance work and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial grounds maintenance contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on contract performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the grounds maintenance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
