position reports into the Room Service Manager and Food &
Beverage Manager. 

Working pattern: working 5 days per week with 2 days off / shift work 7:00am – 3:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Salary: £27,300 + Service charge

previous experience within a similar role with excellent communication

As a Assistant Room Service Manager you
will be:


  • Overseeing all aspects of the daily operation
    of the hotel’s room service operation
  • Working with other departmental manager and
    keep them informed of Food & Beverage challenges as they arise
  • Supervising all Room Service employees
  • Training and developing the team in order to
    ensure consistency of service delivery
