Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

As the Room Service Supervisor at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our room service department. You will lead and motivate a team of room service staff, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately, and that all guests receive outstanding service. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the room service team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.- Train, develop, and mentor room service staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel standards and procedures.- Ensure that all room service orders are prepared and delivered according to guest specifications and hotel standards.- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.- Monitor inventory levels of room service supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including storage and preparation areas.- Collaborate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent service and presentation.- Assist in creating and updating room service menus and promotional materials.- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, including peak times.
