Our in-room dining service, commonly referred to as Room Service, is available around the clock for our esteemed guests. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a special event, our in-room dining team collaborates closely with our chefs to provide tailored dining options that exceed expectations.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Manager for In-Room Dining, you will play a pivotal role in a highly visible service team that interacts with guests throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will be primarily operational, requiring a hands-on and adaptable approach to ensure that our team consistently delivers outstanding service during all dining periods. The art of providing refined yet unobtrusive service will be central to your role as you guide and support our service staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong operational background in Restaurant & Bar services.
  • Bring prior experience from a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel, exclusive members' club, or fine dining establishment.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in staff scheduling, rota management, and recruitment is a plus.
