As a BusinessDevelopment Executive at Rosies People you will be responsible fordriving revenue growth by identifying and securing new businessopportunities. You will leverage your existing network and developnew relationships with potential clients to promote our variousservices and drive sales. This is an excellent opportunity for asales professional who is selfdriven goaloriented and thrives in adynamic and fastpaced industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identifyand target potential clients through research networking emails andcoldcalling
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with current and prospectiveclients
  • Generate and follow up on leads toincrease sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliversales presentations to clients showcasing the benefits of workingwith Rosies People
  • Negotiate and close salesdeals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the companyand the client
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto develop customized solutions and proposals forclients
  • Stay up to date with industry trendsand competitors to inform sales strategies and maintain acompetitive edge

Requirements
  • Proven trackrecord in sales or business development preferably in the HumanResources Talent Acquisition or L&D/Trainingindustry
  • Strong communication and negotiationskills
  • Ability to work independently and meetsales targets
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdrivenmindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills andability to build and maintainrelationships
  • Proficient in using CRM softwareto manage sales activities and trackprogress
  • Willingness to travel as required tomeet with clients and attend industryevents
