Business Development Executive

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of digital training programs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase our market presence.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training programs to prospective clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital training solutions and their market applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
