CRM Executive

Leeds (LS15) / Hybrid - typically 3 days per week in the office

Due to our rapid expansion into new emerging markets, we are on the lookout for our next CRM superstar.

In this role, you will work to support the team to create best-in-class, innovative CRM marketing campaigns. The CRM Executive will own and produce compelling and engaging communications (email and mobile), you’ll optimise the entire customer lifecycle, prospecting, nurturing and re-engaging customers.

You’ll be self-motivated with a “can do” attitude that is rarely satisfied and is always on the lookout for the next opportunity to improve the channel.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll do: 

Supporting the Senior CRM Manager in a Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for building and scheduling CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, conversions and repeat purchases.Build effective, automated life-cycle campaigns across markets, including retargeting, cross-selling and reactivation initiatives.Deliver highly personalised and innovative communications that reach our target audiences with the right message at the right time.Proactivity explore data acquisition opportunities to support market growth and penetration.Work with designers/ content writers to build, manage and execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring all communications have engaging, dynamic and effective content, and that the customer experience is frictionlessAbility to segment audiences to ensure right messages delivered at right time to maximise success.Analyse audience insights and seek out opportunities to improve CRM activities and email list growthReport on CRM KPIs and success metrics to provide data driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersThoroughly proofing, testing and amending creatives where necessary

Some of the skills and experience you'll bring: 

1+ years' experience in a CRM or a digital marketing role with an emphasis on engagement and optimisationNaturally organised and be able to manage several different projects at once Task orientated, comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise Fastidious about detail, with a good instinct for creative design An understanding of HTML and liquid language to personalise communication.A strong communicator and a great collaborator, able to build effective cross-functional relationships Interested in digital, loyalty and CRM and aware of emerging trends Highly numerate, comfortable working with data and interpreting it to draw conclusions and unlock insights to optimise performance Naturally calm under pressure A positive, team player - empathetic and able to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders Experience in building emails using tools like Listrak ESP is preferred but not essential
