About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our team at DAZN Group. As a key member of our retention strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping us execute our global retention strategy for B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local markets and other functions to execute our global retention strategy, leading to increased platform engagement, reduced churn, and increased subscriber tenure and LTV.
  • Focus on testing and learning, leveraging our vast data and insight capabilities to create emotional connections with our customers and drive our targets.
  • Ensure testing is coordinated and effective, and learnings are shared and implemented across all markets.
What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do
  • Support the VP of Retention Strategy to help define and lead the implementation of our B2C retention strategy globally.
  • Collaborate on the execution of our creative and brand direction with local markets, creating emotional connections with our audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience in CRM/Retention/Loyalty strategy in subscription businesses and/or at a sports right holder(s).
  • Excellence in stakeholder management.
  • First experience of fast-paced, innovative, high-performance, and international work environments.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and have a positive attitude toward new challenges.
