Xpertise is seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our enterprise public sector clients.

About the Role:

  • Lead the technical architecture and solution development for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Design and implement custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, including design and development on Customer Service.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform development, including Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven/Canvas Applications, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Strong background in C#.Net and experience with configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Azure knowledge and experience with data integration and data migration projects.
  • Power BI Reporting skills.
