Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Data & Deliver and central CRM ops, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Requirements- Experience
Proven experience in CRM-related roles, with a strong background in creative development and multi-layered matrix managed environments.
Technical SkillsTechnical knowledge of databases, including HTML and ESPs, with JAVA being a desirable skill.
Leadership and CommunicationExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
