Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of Campaign Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data & Deliver and central CRM ops, to ensure seamless execution of plans.

Requirements
  1. Experience

Proven experience in CRM-related roles, with a strong background in creative development and multi-layered matrix managed environments.

Technical Skills

Technical knowledge of databases, including HTML and ESPs, with JAVA being a desirable skill.

Leadership and Communication

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
