Role Overview
As a CRM Technical Specialist at Pinsent Masons, you'll be responsible for streamlining our CRM processes to enhance business performance. You'll manage daily operations, guide CRM strategy, and support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in CRM technology to support all firm levels.
- Management of efficient data processes for optimal business data.
- Leadership of our CRM training program, ensuring timely and effective training.
- Support for system integrations, process automation, and enhancements.
- Contribution to a CRM strategy that supports client development and engagement.
- Technical CRM knowledge, including data integration.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Project management skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong collaboration and influence across the firm.
